Gretna Public Schools has announced an early dismissal for the last day of the 2025–26 school year on Friday, May 22.
Elementary and Middle School Students: Will be dismissed four hours earlier than their usual time. Families who need after-school care will receive additional information from Kids Connection.
High School Students: Finals schedules for the last week will be shared directly by each building.
Please note that lunch will not be served, and buses will depart immediately after dismissal with earlier drop-off times.
There will be no school on Friday, May 1 due to a Teacher In-Service Day.
Any additional schedule updates will be communicated by individual schools.
