Cedar Hollow Families:
We have had a great week at Cedar Hollow. Today, we celebrated our first Hollow Hustle reward with a HAT DAY! Thank you so much for your donations and supporting our school. Next week is the Hollow Hustle and we can't wait for this fun and exciting event.
Guardian Glow
Many classrooms have earned a Guardian Glow over the last couple of weeks. The students in these classes were going above and beyond Giving Kindness, Practicing Accountability, and Staying Safe. They are a true representation of working together and a commitment to being ALL IN!
🌟🌟 Mrs. Knuth's Class - Mrs. Mulligan recognized how well the students were walking and following directions in the hallway on their way to their specials class.
🌟🌟 Mrs. Dutkiewicz's Class - Students did an outstanding job listening and showing respect when there was a guest reader in their classroom.
🌟🌟 Ms. Schemper's Class - Students did an outstanding job listening and showing respect when there was a guest reader in their classroom.
🌟🌟 Mrs. Van Pelt's Class - Mr. Runyon filled in to teach art and Mrs. Van Pelt's class worked hard, did their best, and followed directions during the entire lesson.
🌟🌟 Mrs. Thompson's Class - During a counseling lesson with Mrs. Williams, the class was very respectful and atentive listeners throughout the lesson.
Way to go Guardians!
Parent/Teacher Conferences
Teachers sent home a Google Form this week for families to fill out. Please fill out the form before Monday, September 28th with your preferred times for conferences. We will do our best to accommodate your family's needs. We look forward to meeting with you to celebrate all the amazing things your students are doing at Cedar Hollow! Conferences will be held on Wednesday, October 14th and Thursday, October 15th.
Cedar Hollow Hustle - Friday, October 2nd (preschool will run on Thursday, October 1st)
KG - 8:45-9:15
1st/2nd - 9:30-10:00
3rd/4th - 10:15-10:45
5th - 11:00 - 11:30
Students will run in the front loop on the north side of the building. You are welcome to park in the main lot and the blacktop lot (basketball hoops). We will close the lot at the start of each race to keep the students safe. More information will be sent next week with logistical information.
