For more than 15 years, Gretna Public Schools' third graders have participated in a one-of-a-kind tradition: a history tour of Old Gretna led by the Superintendent. From the original jail and blacksmith shop to the first schoolhouse site, students explore key pieces of the town’s past while gaining pride in their community. #BeGretnaGreat #GretnaGuardians #GPSHistoryTour

Today, our Harvest Hills Heroes blasted off into an out-of-this-world lesson on personal space! They discovered the importance of respecting others' boundaries and learned that giving people space can make them feel more comfortable. A huge shoutout to Mrs. Hergott for planning engaging lessons and to our amazing staff at Harvest Hills for leading our Hero Huddle groups each month. Every K-5 student at Harvest Hills participates in these interactive groups, where we focus on building essential social skills. We're proud of our Heroes for being kind, considerate, and respectful of others!
