
We're thrilled to share that 6 out of 7 goose eggs and 24 out of 25 duck eggs are developing beautifully and on track for a healthy hatch!
Today, we welcome 100 adorable baby chickens to our incubator, expanding our farm family.
We're delighted to announce that one of our Harvest Hills families, who adopted some of our 2024 hatchlings, will be sharing eggs from their own flock with us this year. We can't wait to incubate and care for the next generation!

Mrs. Collins' First Grade class is feeling extra lucky with Lucky Charms! The students had a blast sorting and graphing marshmallows, while collecting and sharing their data with one another. What a fun way to learn and celebrate!









Exploring the intricate world of woodland biomes, Mrs. Williams' Science class delved into the flow of energy by constructing food chains and webs. This hands-on activity helped students visualize the complex relationships between species and their environments.

This morning, the talented 5th grade choir took center stage, delivering a fantastic performance for proud parents! Their hard work and dedication to music shone brightly, making for a truly unforgettable experience.


"Today in music class, Mrs. Matousek's students explored the world of rhythms! To reinforce their understanding of beat counting, they enjoyed interactive games like Rhythm Go Fish and Rhythm Roll. It was a fun and engaging way to learn about the building blocks of music!

Important Update for Gretna Families Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, Gretna Public Schools will implement a new 10-point grading scale and transition to an A-F reporting system. Mrs. Jones' class was treated to a special surprise in celebration of Read Across America Week - brand new reading shirts! The students were beaming with excitement as they showed off their new gear.
