With guidance from local medical and health department experts, it was in the best interest of our students and staff to move to a Distance Learning Curriculum for Gretna Public Schools beginning Monday, March 23rd through Friday, May 1st.   Resources for both parents and students have been posted under the COVID-19 tab on all school web pages.

We wanted to share this 5-minute video (link below) by Mike Smith, who spoke at the high school this fall, discussing the opportunities this time of uncertainty and challenge offers all students, families and community at large. Even in this unprecedented time, there are countless opportunities to live out the district’s #Be Kind initiative.
